Why I built Overlifter.
I'm a data scientist by day. But I've been lifting for years as a hobby, without much to show for it. I tried all of the apps out there but they tracked too much irrelevant data.
Even after all that clicking, they make it hard to see if I was actually getting stronger. I needed something simple that focused on the one number that really matters: Am I lifting more over time?
So I built Overlifter to track only what matters. I started using it myself and immediately broke my plateau!
